live cut 0.9 crashes logic 7.2.1 validation, and when i force the plug, it then crashes the logic app...

Crashes live 5.2 also, as a au. The vst works.

both AU and VST work on ye old G4 running 10.3.9 and Live 5.2

yeah...crashes Logic Pro 7.2 running on a MacBook 2.0 for me too. damn, the VST is no use to me since there is no VST->AU adapter yet. please obi won, you're our only hope (random i know).

How does it work? I inserted it in both EnergyXT and Cubase SX and it doesn't appear to make any sound...

I have had that question so many times before

Can someone give me the best way to explain that a plugin like livecut needs to know:

the tempo,
the signature,
the position inside the song in beats
the transport-bar state

Livecut won't make sound in any host that doesn't provide them or if you don't hit play. That's not a bug, that's a feature.

Hi,

I am having problems with the gui in Sonar 5 PE.
Basically the gui looks like the "old" gui..I am missing the new column with the bitcrusher and comb filter...resizing does not help..

If I load it up in EnergyXT the whole gui is there

any idea ?

One thing I have noticed: in the OSX VST, if I bring the dry signal ( using Tracktion 2 ) above 0db the signal cuts out completel, and does not return until I restore the dry signal to infdb. I have the same problem with one plug from a different maker. For reference, I am running OS 10.3.9 on a G4 867mhz single processor Powermac.

Sorry to sound stupid but I can't figure where to look to enter the correct parameters...
I'm using PT 7.1cs8 / Fxpansion v2.
So I load loop on an audio track, insert LiveCut then what ?
