Hi there.
Is it possible to get an audio drum loop (with crap drum sounds) to trigger samples from a better drum sample library (dkfh for example). How would I go about doing this. I use Sonar v5 and Project5 v2.
Regards
Tony Mead

You can try to do it with KTDrumTrigger
(but it will take some work)

the other way would be to put the drum loop into a slicer
ext sampler
liveslice
microdicer
etc.
You will then get the groove intact and can replace drums at your leisure.
of course, slicers are just plain fun anyway

why dont you just replay the drumloop by yourself using the new drums? it shouldnt be hard.

You can also try 'replacer' (freeware): http://www.boxsounds.com/vst.html
