Is there any host/vst/program wich can load a variable lenght tempo song (eg. live jam) and convert it into fixed BPM song?

ACID does just that: drop samples of different BMP's into it, and it will smooth them out to the BPM speed of the project. Other hosts have followed, and a lot of plugins do it also. I'm not very good at naming them, not really my cup of tea. Keywords: Loop sampler, REX player, acidised WAVs, time stretching...
