how to cut a 3min sample?

Hello, I've got a vocal sample whose length is more than three minutes, and I'd like to cut it in many short samples to use it in a tracker, the BPM of the sample is 105, and I don't know in what times cutting the samples, could you tell me what calulations I've got to do for this sample, and generally? Thanks!

105 beats per minute : each beat is 60 / 105 = 0.5714 secs.
Your best bet though is to cut each phraze manually using a regular audio editor (copy selection & paste to new wav) and use visual clues where the phrazes (or words) start and end.
