oh, and bro the best way to get the effect you are describing in your second example, well, i'm not going to describe it, but watch the special features on "twin peaks fire walk with me" - the "arm" describes how they got that effect... should be able to do it yourself in about 3 hours... (it's a matter of understanding grammar, really)
