the step sequencer in FL seems to be pretty kool. but i dont want to buy FL just for that. are there any plugins or standalone things that i could use in cubase. im particarrly thinking about drums. (i have davine machine, RMX...) just was thinking also how its nice how ReDrum is right there, but i want to see all the items in seperate rows. any ideas?

As for the question, download Phrazor.
Phrazor has a nice drum grid.
You will need to load some sort of vsti sampler into it though.
It's really usefull for many purposes, not unlike EXT in that regard.
