i got a plugin called track plug which is a channel stipers. I dont know when abouts to aply them or what they really do.. if someone could tell me id be most apreciative.

Channel strips are usually an EQ, a compressor and a gate in one (and maybe they throw in other things, I don't know). So they are meant for an all-in-one interface convenience, modelled after hardware mixer desk channel strips.

So you would use them on individual tracks like you would an EQ, a compressor and a gate.

What you use chennel stips for is probably not safe to repeat in front of the children.
