If I'm right, we've got 52 tracks !

I've got already 15 preselected and the feeling that I'm hit by a truck and a steamboat at the same time !

Looking at the KvR clock; still 12 hours to go...

We're still missing some "habitués" !?

And still no Receptor in the price list, what a shame !

ok I listent it again, maybe is just the tambourine a bit too loud in the verse and maybe a small time offset with the gutar,
BTW the voice is really great IMHO

But seriously, liqih, do you mean it is confusing because there is too much going on (ie too many instruments, clash of rhythyms, etc.)?
yes, just that, the refrain arrangment is more balanced IMHO
Hmmm...it sounds congealed to my ears, but of course, I'm biased. ;)
Xander surprised me with how he arranged the vocals and lead guitar and at first I was thinking that's all wrong (because I had it in my head a certain way), but then after only the second listen I realized what he was doing and thought, heh..cool! Now, after my 79th listen I absolutely love it how it is and feel that xander brought a stylistic element to my beginnings that I could have never concieved. :)

Thanks for the review liqih! ;)

another batch

lovely, sad and deep, you need a subwoofer for this,
it moves, in any sense. Bravo!
There's just a bit of distortion in mp3

0607_funkylime_allthegoodthings.mp3

the first 15 seconds of guitars are great,
then the song and the glitches blend nicely
in a pshychedelic britsh style,
it should exist a longer version, uh?

06_07_thomekk_chinese_rastas_of_canterbury.mp3

this is quite crazy and I like that, the voice it scary
more metel than rastas, the choir is sweet it should start earlier

07_06_Dunks_out_of_sight.mp3

wonderful lamy groove! breakbeat+Dub+scratch = cool jazz
a longer version please!

the intro is cool, then it's a "disturbed" song, voice is great,
but the whole thing didn't catch me, sorry, <grin>

Yeah, I got it....he's the Rick Wakeman of our contest (or his midi-files :hihi: )
Rick Wakeman -- Wow! I never expected that. I saw Yes in 1992 -- great show.

Of course, I am merely composing and the sequencer does the playing. I play keyboards and guitar for fun (and clarinet and saxophone long ago), but have recently confined myself to torturing others primarily with my compositions, not my actual playing.

Many, many entries. I have to say I have a lot fun listening to them. So many talented people out there, and I'm always particularly impressed with the time other people (not me so much) spend on sound design and sound quality. Anyway, looking forward to a few days of fun music -- trying to sort out a top ten is the hard part.
