I am very impressed with the chorus sounds one can get out of DP-5.

And even better the Voxengo VintageModulator. I think it's the enhanced version of AF Chorus..jon wrote:I also found the Voxengo AF Chorus to be really, really nice. I think I need the Analogflux suite

quotes Discord2 as having simialr sounding features to the H3000 - though I couldn't say first-hand. looks like there's a mac version - why not give it a go?

Voxengo and Kjaerhus are both good.
Chareisis is great VFM - £0!
Don't forget OhmBoyz - yeah it's a delay but can develop some subtle chorus effects as well as the ohmforce madness. Hasn't got the "analog" sound of Voxengo.
I like the chorus/modulation effects with Guitar Rig
SpinAudio used to have a chorus - don't know whether its still around but if it's as good as roomverb......

has anybody here played with that beta plugin airesverb (sp?) ? Its great sounding. It has a really interesting setup and you can get great sounding reverbs and delays and modulations. One of my Go-to plugins for these types of effects when I need to make something sounds spicy and electronic and very little cpu.
Do not lick the fablanky

I think the general consensus is that either of those are first-rate b'n'b choruses. I don't like them, personally, but I'm still looking forward to the day where I find a VST chorus that I truly love. (I'm very picky about choruses)

there's a typo though - it's 'Ariesverb'
it's the best reverb-plugin ever b.t.w.

Yes, ariesverb is nice. There was some little bug with Orion in November 2004 I wrote about to the maker, and since that version 0.2 no new one came out...so let's see what will happen with this one. Runs pretty stable here.
Sascha, I couldn't find a link for the download of opchorus. There is still some website, but no download, I think (some "Sonderzeichen").
