Can't you record some laughs of your own??
You might get away with filtering out some stuff of the thing you have there, and just use it as is
The first generation sample-users didn't care about other sounds bleeding through, so you'd be quite "retro"!

Yes, the freesound site is awesome.
I'm actually looking for that exact sample, which was used by a dj. I think it should come in a sample pack or included in a synth or mixer or whatever the djs use on the radio.

Simply ask the guy nextdoor to impersonate that sample and record it. Not that difficult, cheap, and fully legal!
