Problems with Remote Control in VSTHost

The remote control for loading performances seems to get a little haywire. I can load every performance fine from the drop down list. The problems start with 9. When I send PC 09 performance 10 loads. 9 & 10 load 10, 11 & 12 -> 12, 13 & 14 -> 14, 15 & 16 -> 16, 17 -> 17, 18 -> 19, 19 & 20 -> 20, 21 -> 21, 22 -> 23, 23 & 24 -> 24...

After 16 there seems to be a pattern of:
1 is right (17 -> 17)
next one loads one higher (18 -> 19)
next one loads one higher (19 -> 20)
next one loads itself (20 -> 20)
next one loads itself (21 -> 21)

So it seems to be a pattern of two work, then two are off by one. This pattern does not start from 00 though. It could be my hardware but I don't really think so because I get the same results from Virtual MIDI Keyboard and from my yamaha external keyboard not running through the Maple virtual cable. I do get it when the keyboard is passed thru Maple too though.

Anybody seen this or got any ideas?
