Problem exporting Ticky Clav in Chainer?

I was trying out a demo of Xlutop Chainer to see how the VSTi-to-Soundfont export function works. I tried creating both WAV and SF2 files of one of my favorite VSTi plugins: Big Tick's Ticky Clav. However, Chainer will not create either WAV or SF2 files from the modulated Ticky Clav presets, including the funky preset with the envelope filter sound. The WAV and SF2 files end up containing nothing more than two quiet clicking noises -- a click on the attack of the note and a click on the release of the note.

Any thoughts on why Ticky's modulated presets will not export in Chainer? I suspect it could be a matter of hold and release settings in Chainer but I am not sure if it is this simple. Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance.
