Why should I switch to Traktion 2?
What are your reasons for using one over the other?
Just found Traktion2 but I'm a FL studio user

They are rather different: FL is pattern based, Tracktion is linear.
In FL Studio you create patterns, which you can repeat and arrange.
In Tracktion there is one timeline and if you want to repeat a verse or chorus you have to copy/paste the clips.
Also FL Studio is more targeted to midi/synths and less to recorded audio tracks, at which Tracktion is quite good.
Both methods and hosts can be very productive, so whatever suits your needs better you should stick to.

You should rather ask yourself; is there anything about FL Studio that makes me want to change? Don't change your sequencer just because you think you're missing out on something that the other apps have. You usually don't.jammer42777 wrote:Why should I switch to Traktion 2?
