I like Convo Boy.

I tried the Wizoo W2 and liked it. The CPU load is kinda' high, though. IR1 is very good and has a great collection of impulses. Also, just started using my old Sonic Timeworks 4080L again. Nice Lexi-type sound... 8)

GigaPulse VST hands down for me, amazing sound, and placing instruments around the environments is just plain fun.

Indeed! At the sale price it's almost a no brainer.

I just ordered it...

You can't beat ConvoBoy for $20. The pannable 7-band EQ is AWESOME

I had a shootout before getting CSR and RaySpace won the $100 category.

I too am interested in the Wizoo W2. I plan on upgrading to Sonar 5 Producer so I'm wondering how Perfect Space (Pristine Space Lite) stacks up. Is W2 way better or what?

How much difference is there between the Convolution 'verbs besides the IR files?

I couldn't agree more. Found new copies on eBay for $99.99 and now it's down to $79.99! Shoulda waited a few more weeks. The microphone selection and placement features, plus the excellent sound quality make it the only reverb unit in my arsenal now. Plus, no latency like SIR (which BTW is a fine freeware verb), so it's useable in real time.

scitscat.com has it for 69.99, and their ebay store is the one who has it for 79.99, you probly didnt find it because gigapulse isnt in the title exactly.."TASCAM GIGA SAMPLER PULSE VST CONVOLUTION REVERB PLUG" bad move on his part I suppose, their main page has it cheaper anyway, go to the specials section. (Ive been plugging these great deals all over recently lol)

Thanks Cyrosis - I didn't
notice it was scitscat's
ebay, I was thinkig about
the eBay. H.
P.s. How do you evaluate the
condition/usability of the used software; and, is there
any "dowload service" where
you could avoid the shipping
cost of the software?
I could ask these
the shop but the client gives
more credible replies. ;-)

the ebay stuff from scitscat is not used, beside that, http://www.scitscat.com still has it cheaper. GigaPulse doesnt offer a download, as its pretty big, at about 1GB, tho I know of alot of software that is downloadable via buying a reg key.

When I bought my eBay copy for $99.99 from scitscat, their web store was selling it for $169.00. It really pays to check both of their stores for prices.

Hi, I just downloaded the SIR for a test.
But didn't get very far - how should
I proceed to the get impulses, which
are needed (the prest bank was empty)?

I went to the page http://noisevault.com
as adiviced but can't find out which
files are suitable for the SIR.

Please advice me those who are familiar with
the secrets of SIR...

Harry
