Mailed Chris, but the stuff he suggested didn't fix it. Now, while I'm waiting for another reply (mailed him my computer's specs), I thougt I'd ask, has anyone else experienced this? DubStation works just fine in FL, so I'm a bit puzzled why BigSeq doesn't..

I've never had a crackle, but I don't use FL. What about reducing your latency or changing from ASIO to Windows drivers?
Works fine in eXT and Live, horribly in FL and Renoise.
Changing drivers or reducing latency doesn't work either..
Maybe I'll have to exchange BigSeq for something else

I had a minor issue with the 914 Filterbank which only occurred when the latency was not a multiple of 4. You might want to try going thru all your possible latency settings and seeing if any of them clear it up; thats how I narrowed it down.
An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

Have you tried setting the plugin to use a fixed size buffer?

Yeah just click the "use fixed size buffers" button and it will work fine.
