does anyone know where i can get this "ooh" voice from, either on vst or soundfont or any sample?

it was used quite a lot by Art of noise,lots of artists etc

im after something similar, does anyone have any info which is helpful, ie where is a free sample or any vst or patch,

You can center channel vocal extract from Art Of Noise's song: Paranoia, Beatbox, or Legs and then load the wav into a sampler. Or you can do the same if you can get your hands on any of the Beverly Hills Cop soundtracks!! :) On the real allz you gotta do is find out the synths they were using back then (although they were probably using an oldschool .5 second sampler).. Try sampling your own voice and add mad reverb..

Also sounds like something from Ferris Bueller's Day Off...once the Fairlight hit the mainstream everyone was trying to do this kind of noise.

I'm no expert but maybe some Fairlight libraries may point you in the right direction.

im pretty sure its a preset isnt it?
is it off the fairlight?
i knows its in plenty of art of noise songs,
i also hear it in many other songs,

I used ohh sample from SYMPHONY OF VOICES sample pack. http://www.spectrasonics.net/libraries/ ... _sonic.php
Then I just transposed the sample, put a steap attack envelope and added some reverb..
