Which is the best plugin for adjust, falsify or change your voice? Is there a plugin that is specialised in that? I want to sound like those psycho stalkers who phone their victims in this deep voice or perhaps change my voice to something female- or alien like? Is there a simple pitch shifter or a better program for this? (free or $$$)

Just use a combination of things. Anything that can alter pitch and formants independently is fun. Vocoding, spectral morphing, eq, distortion and time-based effects with short delay times are all interesting...
