When I pick the low E string it gives sound with too many low freq in it (talking about plugged guitar in comp). I thought that simple EQ would help but in that way I also affect the sound of other strings which sound good. (maybe it's because of some freeware eq?)

what are my options? I know it because of cheap guitar and that I can't get the sound as I would if I had a better guitar but there is probably a way that could make things better. maybe some plug could help or something??

I dont know what kind of guitar you own but Iam gonna give you 2 ideas...

If you have strat with single coil pickups, try lowering the pole piece that stands beneath the low E or just get the pickup to go deeper in the body of the guitar on the E and A strings side..

The other option is to raise the E string at the bridge..If you do this, dont forget to re-intonate the E string.

Hope it helped:p

Do a very specific HPF with zero res just below the frequencies of the A string - that shoudl tame the E-string considerably while leaving the others relatively unscathed.
Three shall be the number of the counting

And the number of the counting shall be three.
