Hello. Newbie here :) I have Cubase SE1 and i have few problems with FX channels (sends). I have drum kit. Every drum sample has one separate channel. Some of them use some more or less amount of reverb on FX channel. And they all are routed to one group channel(drums). My problem is that when (for example) i want that drums fade in at some point. So i lower volume on drums group channel. But my problem is that when i do that i still can hear reverbed drums on FX channel. How can i avoid that. Is this does have something with prefader?

Thanks for help...

As you have found, sending the indiviaudal tracks to a reverb and routing them to a group does not affect the send levels from the tracks when the group level is changed.

There are a few ways around this:

Create 2 groups, the first a reverb group, the seconf a mixed group for the drums.

Insert the reverb on the first group. Route that group to the second.

Send from the drum tracks to the reverb group and route the drums to the second group.

Now the reverb and drumn mix level can be controlled via the second group fader.

One other way is to keep what you have (an FX channel and the group) and link them.

When you lower group fader the FX channel is also lowered.
