i think you should change that clap/snare sample at the very start. That sounds too thin and with the reverb it gets little noisy and unrealistic...
every other things are quite nice...

I think the Euro stuff (the Disco Rally type music 
)generally employs TONS of reverb. It's just the style. I prefer the second, but the first does feel more "Euro"-ee
