What does this mean?

Download MPL-1 Trial Version v1.02 (Standard & Pro Editions both included) (Windows)
Please note: This version can NOT be used as an update for registered users!

Bugger. As a registered user, i'm not friggin impressed. What is the point of paying for a registration code if I can't download the latest demo, and unlock it.

Once again, it appears that registered users are being disadvantaged. OK - yes, I got the update link emailed to me, but that isn't the point.

The Kjaerhus demos have a "register now" option that browses for the registration file. So how come registered users don't get sent the new registration file that unlocks the latest demo??? Instead it appears we are getting a special version that works with the old registration file?? So are registered users considered second class?? Or are we expected to pay again?? Or what? I don't get it?

This is frustrating, and i'm getting to the point where I think I need to forget about Kjaerhus and find better alternatives.

You should have received an email as well with a link to the download for registered users. (Already days ago). So stop whining and check your email, and possibly your bulk email folders.

(P.S. I'm not usually an asshole, I just tried to match the attitude in your post).

Disclaimer: just trying to help here, although I'm not 100 % sure of the info I'm about to provide

I'm pretty sure you download the newest version from shareit mate.

Newer version of Kjaerhus plugins come in 2 versions...
- Demo only
- Registered

Your key file is not "old", it is the one you need to unlock version 1.x of the software.

This technique is used to protect the developer since it is harder to obtain a full registrable version and thus, it is harder to crack. The only way a cracker can get a registrable version is from a buyer who has downloaded it through shareit.

soundpalace im trying to order a plugin through shareit and i wont take my yahoo email. it wants me to use a paid e mail. how can i set up a paid one i dont know of any?

hey man, I had the same problem here with my gmail account

I used my brother's work email which worked well but I still hate the fact it doesn't allow yahoo / gmail / hotmail.

I'm afraid I don't really know any other free services for email that will allow you to override the shareit policy.

sorry mate, all I can suggest is a university, school or work email address.

Edit: Hmm ... maybe this will work http://www.hushmail.com/ but I've never tried

thanks! and they wonder why people crack software. im getting a headace trying to buy a plugin. it would be faster to use a crack.

I don't understand how you could not have an e-mail address that works with ShareIt. You must have internet access at home, right? What ISP doesn't give you one (if not more) e-mail address?

agreed ! It's worth it though, you'll get this little feeling reminding you that you really own what you have and you'll end up getting way more out of them because you paid for it with hard earned cash.

Shareit does not complain about gmx.com/.de/.at/... addresses...

edit: at least used to some month ago when I ordered µTonic (IIRC).

True, but I like many people don't use that email address. I use gmail for everything and it was pretty inconvenient that I couldn't use it on shareit .... it actually used to work but they added it to their blacklist

... or you can email Torben (Kjaerhus) and ask for other payment methods...

I recieved the email with the link to the update, installed it and all works fine. Nice company, nice plugins, nice support

What's up with Kjaerhus?
