I just happened to have a copy of one my very 80's-inspired songs here, so I thought I'd test out Reverence on it. I think it might be just the right sound for this song! I particularily love the slapback/gated-sounding reverb on the snare, fills it out nicely. Super-rough mix, just thought you guys might want to hear it in context.

Now it would be interesting how it compares to some other reverbs, say the CSR Plate or the ArtsAcoustic Reverb. Would you mind?

Btw, Crandall1 you really should consider to replace your vocal demo through a less annoying one, this one drives me crazy within 3 seconds...

Well, it sure is different than those two. It'd be harder to compare Reverence to the others because it has its own unique controls. If I get a chance, I can compare ArtsAcoustic.

Sure. Actually I'll process the entire Lord Of The Rings soundtrack with each plug-in and upload it to a brand new domain with plenty of storage, all at my expense. You can never be too sure about a $35 reverb!

I just bought reverence too and it's whacking out my cpu - on the first preset "Good start" after about 20 seconds the performance meter in SX shoots up to 90%. I've got a P4 2.8 with 1.5 gb ram Delta 1010lt
Any one else haveing cpu issues so far?

No - just the opposite! I'll have to try it at home on the 2.6ghz, runs very smoothly on the P4 3.4 here at work.

Does this happen on other presets, or in general? Or is it just the one? This is a unique case, so far. The CPU load on Reverence is incredibly low on all my machines (Intel Mac, PPC Mac, P4 PC, AMD PC) and no one else has reported anything like this.
