Where's a good place to find lossless wavs or ogg's of popular music? Of course I mean completely legally. :)

The closest I know of is AllofMP3.

pretty close to warez :(

The legality is a bit ambiguous, but it remains the only site I know of that offers lossless or high quality lossy encodes. Which is unfortunate, because I'm sure there's a market for legal, high quality, DRM-free music sites. I know I'm not gonna pay $1 per song for a shitty compressed song.

I get your point, and I agree it's a shame that most legal services sell lossy stuff only. But: warez are bad because the dev doesn't get the money he deserves and AFAIK allofmp3 treats artists the very same way. Legal or not, it's up to you how to deal with piracy:

Oh, I wasn't disagreeing with you; quite the opposite, actually. I've never bought anything from them, nor would I consider it. But it is technically legal (at least in Russia), and it offers some music lossless, so I thought I'd post it.
