ManyTone Needs Kontakt/Halion user to help

Hi Guys
I want to map our new Sitar set to Kontakt and Halion. I would like someone with a Registered version of Kontakt and Halion to help with these versions.
It will be very easy to map these samples and make a few starting presets.
If you have ManyStation that would help as then you can see what we did with the Sitar in ManyStation.

The job won't pay cash but other rewards or goodies are available for helping us out.
You must be experienced with Kontakts and Halions features and in making patches for it.

Please email me if you wish to help out here. I'll get back to you as soon as i can but i only need 1 or 2 guys to quickly help out here.

Hi Stephan

Thanks... Have a look at the Sitar you just received in ManyStation and see how we set up Zones in the presets to use the set to its fullest. You will see that you can bend the Notes and leave the drones unnaffected.

Can you have a look at your Kontakt and see if you are able to map samples easy and set up zones like this? I'll get back to you next week on it and if you can i'll send you the proper wav files to use.

I'll give you the proper 24 bit wavs though to do the mapping.
But i am busy this weekend so we'll talk next week.

I don't need the presets copied just a few decent starting points for users to have.

the presets/soundbanks all (at least, the couple i tested) seem to konvert to k1 NKIs w/32bit files OK, i used extreme sample konverter... is it new presets you're after?

Actually i just could not test if the conversions were working.
I did not expect any presets to convert but are you saying that some of them did. The Zones etc. Like i mentioned being able to bend the notes and not the drones on the same patch? (A few are like this not all)
Perhaps the convertor will do the job then.

Can you check this more for me or send me the files somehow and we can get EW and Stephan to look over it as well?

on further inspection, esc doesn't seem to do a very good job... or maybe it's me

Hang on guys.
I see a few problems with the conversion i think. I have ESC too.
It should be an easy set to map from scratch i think. Just following the Mapping of the WusikSnd version.
Best i think if one of you had the stereo 24 bit wavs and just mapped them manually. Then a couple of Basic starting presets are all that is needed.

Can anyone of you do that perhaps. I can upload the proper wavs for you.

Riley just emailed me last night and is remapping it properly now i believe.
So lets see what he comes up with. Thanks all for your help here.

We still need a Halion user though ... Not one surfaced yet.
