Halion trial?/Hypersonic

Does anyone know where I can find a free trial of any of the Halion versions for mac ox? I'd like to know the difference between Hypersonic and Halion. I'm somewhat new to this audio lingo? so reading the description doesn't really help me out much. I guess what i want to know is does Hypersonic also act a sampler? Can I put my own sounds into the hypersonic sampler or does it only hold its own? Does Halion come with as many sounds as hypersonic? Anybody have either of these programs that could fill me in a little in 'english"

Trial versions of the above usually are shipped with other Steinberg apps that have a USB key.
Basically Halion is a full sampler module, with efefcts, routing and a lot of control of the sound playback paramaters.
Hypersonic is a ROMpler/ synth. It uses a preset library of sounds plus has synth modules which can be added.
In general terms Halion is as good as the sample sets that are loaded for emulative sounds (i.e piano, strings, bass etc.) So I tend to use it for those 'real' sounds.
Hypersonic however has a vast number of sounds, is quite low on CPU usage, does not take masses of memeory (which large sample sets for Halion can do), and with the synth modules is capable of original sounds. The editing in Hyper2 is actually pretty good, and I tend to use that as my workhorse for writing. Some of the sounds are not going to be as rich or authentic as a full sampler with GB's of memeory used for a sample set, but some of the sounds are great in their own right, so there is still a lot that end up in final mixes.
In basic terms:
Halion useful for real instrument sounds, many great sample sets available. Some sounds included with the product. good librarian (browser) for sounds/sample sets on disk. Very complete editing.
Hypersonic- useful for quick access to many sounds, good search facilities in the plug, good editing. Synth and Rompler functions, modular (current modules NB-3 Tonewheel organs, US-1 (IMO) excellent synth, GP-2 Painos, GM-4 General midi module.
