Yeah, Discord 2 is always kind of warbly, it isn't really designed to be a pristine pitch shift since it is delay-based. For something tidier, you'll want something along the FFT/PSOLA lines for that.

Have a play around with Elevayta's Choirboy, it isn't perfect for a simple pitch shift, but is pretty good for doubling parts. Or stuff by Antares or Melodyne should get you in the same area, but at a much steeper price tag.
