Time for another fun round of....
Name That Synth! ;)

I made this track as sort of a little demo/experiment to see what I could get out of one particular synth.

The entire track is generated from one synth.
Can anyone name that synth? ;)

Have you used any plugins other than the synth (eg. reverb. delay, compressor etc)?

Nice track! :D

Hypersonic/2? :o

Nice track! :D
Thanks! :)

Yes, the track uses only effects that come with the synth.

No, it's not any version of Hypersonic!

I like the track, and the distorted lead even more. Now to make a guess or two, is it Reason? Atmosphere? (guesses based on your latest posts not the sound :))
You never mentioned if it is hardware or software, did you? If it's hardware, is it a Virus?

While we're playing, I was wondering about the the bright, highish synth in "Shock the Monkey." Think that's a Fairlight?

Post

But who can afford a fairlight, plus I don't think that it had any effects. I heard some crispyness of a Pro53 but some elements of an FM ringing. If it's software, I'll go sytrus (since I've messed with that one) even though I don't think it could get that raw distortion sound to match that one.
The armchair is more than the sum of the bastards

I think it could be the Korg Legacy/Digital collection.
