click in the track you want to copy from, press CTRL+A to select all events -> CTRL+C to Copy.
Then click the destination track (or create a new empty track) -> CTRL+V to paste.

Hello,ohm.I changed my question,before You answered me,so,please,answer on it one more time.2.Thanks for great work.What do you think about scene memory for arrangement?This little feature just make work more easy and funny.

ok heres a new answer then:
use CTRL to select more than one event
CTRL+C
click and hold the mouse where you want the new events (the first of the events)
CTRL+V
a little awkward with a touchpad i know, but fine with a mouse.
