They have to be built on a PC for the PC. Also, if they rely on any externals (external components), those externals have to be available for the PC as well.

It could just be a matter of passing the project files on to someone who owns the PC version for export as a plugin, or it might be impossible because the externals are Mac-only. :shrug:
