Hardware FX in Cubase and PDC

Ummmm. Just a few things to clear up. I have HW reverb connected through my card and i am using pretty much all the time with good. But these days i have few problems. The thing is that month ago when i was setting reverb unit cubase did automaticaly came with result of 1.06ms. And cubase did align everything else. Or at least i didnt notice any delay or flam.

But these days i did pres "calculate delay" on that channel by accident and now delay betwen cubase and hw reverb is showing 0.0ms. And again everything is fine. There is no delay. So how is this possible? Maybe cubase did calculate something wrong in the first case or am i missing something. By some logic there is 0.0 ms betwen mixer and reverb effect because you dont have PDC in real mixer

Any info on that issue?? What could happend in the firste case and do i need to have some delay in my setup with HW reverb???

1ms = 0ms -> that's almost the same, you can't hear that.. but yes, there should be a bit of delay.
