You probably already have pleanty of 808 hits but http://tr-808.com has a pretty exhaustive sample set. (and it's free)

I have a set of KPR77 samples (Korg's answer to the 808; a little rawer) all programmed up nice with bells & whistles (listen to the demo) available on http://www.prokits.co.uk/productview.asp?productID=236
Not free but pretty cheap at 2 quid. Ideal for Kontakt, but prokits will translate to other soft-sampler formats for you.
