I'm using Cubase to do some mashups, and the "stock" time stretch algorithm only operates on full percentages. Any ideas for a plugin that could be controlled to the first decimal point of a percentage like my DJing CD player (i.e. 1.3%)? Thanks.

Does it have to be realtime? The soundtouch one is pretty decent, but it's command-line.

I forgot an important detail. :? I'm looking for a VST plugin that I could open in Cubase.

You could try Xtal:

I believe it uses soundtouch for timestretching/pitchshifting. A bit rough around the edges and buggy, yet it could work for you.
The mind boggles.

Delaydots do Pitchworks which is a free Direct-X pitch shift/time stretching plugin. I have no idea if you can use Direct-X plugs in Cubase but if you can't you can always wrap it in VB-Audio's ffx-4, which is a free Direct-X to VST converter. :)
the way is not a religious or political statement

I prefer to stretch the time offline, like with CoolEditPro or Adobe Audition. Saves a lot of CPU cycles...
