That's what I thought when I originally bought the AF suite...

... but after using them all, I use the impulse and chorus plugins as often. The chorus is very very good, and the impulse plug is solid.. it's definitely more stable for me than any free alternative I've tried, and I haven't missed the advanced features of pristine space.

Really that whole bundle sounds great and at the asking price it is a steal.
I use the AF delay on an FX bus all the time and with drums samples some of my most used tools are Crunchessor, the Marquis and Tapebus - these last two are great on a submix or a drum master bus.

The AF chorus from the bundle sounds absolutely sweet (VMod is great too) is beautiful on electric piano or guitars. The character is unlike any other digital chorus - much more like my old Roland CE-1.

I just want Mac versions, but I must remain patient.

Agree...I bought the bundle for the tapebus, but find myself using the delay, chorus and impulse more often. Go figure.

You are almost catching my thoughts. :) Because I do really plan to release a couple of quality freeware plug-ins very soon. This will be a sort of exchange of plug-ins for end user testing. Because after all the work we have done here at Voxengo, things have to be tested before going commercial.

is a top end compressor, try it ! :D Beats most commercial ones actually :)

Oh yeah, put me down for testing too please, I unintentionally find bugs all the time ... it's very annoying

Not so much a compressor...more hard limiting and distortion without an envelope.
Its some kind of weird compressor/limiter hybrid. It does have a release but it has an instant attack. Its a great compressor for drums, but you have to be a bit more careful when using it on other material, as it may introduce a little too much character :)

Do you mean bugs in existing Voxengo plug-ins?

Quick, I need a freeware studio....a freeware SSL Console....a Freeware LA2A Limiter....a Freeware Andromeda A6....a Freeware producer....a Freeware engineer....a Freeware band....and throw in a Freeware couch too, so I can sit on my cheap, bargain-hunter, welfare ass and still produce a hit record.

:hihi:

Stop being a bitch and buy Crunchessor. ;)

:P

I would be glad to try a new voxengo compressor, too (we never have enough compressors !)

Count me in for beta-testing too... I use AF Suite on most everything
and Marquis Compressor as well. And in my experience, Voxengo apps are
remarkably bug-free. Just never can recall having them do anything but
but they were designed to do. There's no need to go on about Voxengo
quality...

I second that!
+3
I wish I could just buy the Delay on its own. Or perhaps a smaller pack with Delay, Chorus and.. somthing else... Phaser?
