Thanks! I'll try to find time to test that a bit more myself... it happened repeatably in one specific edit, but I haven't investigated it further yet.

I can confirm the burst-of-noise problem with IIEQ however: it happens regularly when I open a Tracktion edit containing several instances. Its a single longish burst of very loud noise just as the edit screen opens, and its very scary if your monitors are cranked! :hihi:

I would say you should probably look at that before you spend any time on my LP10 PDC issue, as I've been using IIEQ rather a lot recently. ;)

Okay, I have identified the problem with Tracktion, and on my machine it doesn't show up anymore in the current version. Could you guys give it a new try (maybe also those who had the same problem in FL, where I wasn't able to reproduce it)? Thanks, docdued

So far so good in FL Studio. Thanks for fixing the bugs :tu:

Post

Yes. Seems to be working now in FL Studio. Awesome work!

Cheers!

I wish more VST's were like that. It does seem that alot of VST's and their fancy graphics tend to lead you in a direction you sometimes don't want to go, and it makes it harder to achieve what your really after. :?

BTW thanks for the free bee!! :D

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the author! :tu:
I think this is easily becoming my favourite EQ plug-in right now. It sounds so sweet and smooth, and I find I am freeing other plug-in slots (such as "color" effects) because sometimes the tracks don't need anything else now.
Awesome!! :phones:

Oh I think I have this noise burst problem with the latest version also.. :(
I have Cubase SX3, and the burst seems to appear if IIEQ is applied on a VSTi channel (i tried with several vstis), when the arrangement starts (the beginning of its MIDI part). It sounds really scary and dangerous to the monitors, and the ears. Am I the only one with the problem now? (if so, i might search other possible causes)
Thank you!

Sorry, I'm not getting that problem here, redrover. And I tried it with my least stable synths too.

I haven't changed anything since September 12. Hope your monitors and ears are okay. Maybe I should implement a clipper at +10 dB or so just to be on the safe side...
