Hi there,
I am working on a short film and I would like to use some sample CD's for effects and orchestral music effects. I was wondering what happens with the licensing and rights of these CD makers? Would I have to mention each one in the credits? How would they receive their royalties or are they liable to receive them? Do I need to pay them extra on top of my perches cost?

Ummm... it varies from sample producer to sample producer, and you should read their fine print...?
