Hi,

We have released a maintenance update for Compadre Beatpuncher. All registered users will receive a mail with a download link for their free upgrade. If you have purchased Compadre and don't receive a mail with the update please get in touch.

Changes in version 1.1:
- Improved CPU performance.
- Faster attack time (now goes down to 0.1 ms)
- Changed response for gain reduction meter & clip indicator.
- Fix: registration glitch causing the plug-in to sometimes appear unregistered.
- Fix: Weird panning behaviour in some hosts with certain material.

:!: Unfortunately it has not been possible to maintain preset/song compatibility with the previous version, so it is recommended that you keep version 1.0 on your system while making the transition.

More info about Compadre Beatpuncher here.
The trial version will also soon be updated.

Best regards,
Rune

That's a good idea. I'll make sure that will be possible.

The 14 days trial version is now available for download. The trial period has been reset, so you can still try out Compadre even if you previously used up the trial period.

Rune I just bought Compadre and Sonitex a few days ago and thanks again for reseting the demo. Compadre is working great but I am having a little problem with Sonitex in Fl Studio 6.8. When I am running my drum loop through the plugin and hit stop it make the progam freeze up and the sound keeps stuttering. Also when placing pugin in an effects channel same thing happens when i turn pugin on and off. My computer is using an AMD processor if thats any help with fixing the problem. Thanks :D

Hi,

Sorry, I missed your post.

What you are experiencing is a well known initialisation behavior in FL Studio with complex plugins created with Synthedit. It is strongly recommended that you turn off the "Reset on Transport" option in the Audio settings. That will improve the performance, but not completely eliminate it.

Also note that Sonitex has a global bypass switch on the GUI which you can use instead of the host bypass switch. That way you will have no delay or stuttering when making quick comparisons.

Again, I am aware of this and will work on improving it for a future update.

Best regards,
Rune
