I just heard back from Keys magazine ( www.keys.de ). They also want to put the winning entries on their CD. Awesome!! I just wanted to clear it with you guys and see your reaction. Also, they have announced the competition on their website!

In general, I have nothing against but the conditions have to be set upfront.
Those magazines build up their content from free stuff,
and this plug-in/program list will be huge.
Condition number one should be:
All plugin/programs must be listed in the same magazine,
with a short description and a link to the developer.
Condition number 2:
Permission will be only given for one edition of the magazine/CD.
I think those things must be cleared at the beginning.
Any other thoughts?
