Sorry, Justjazz, I totally forgot. Here you go:
  1. DuoX
  2. Waves Doubler 2-voice
  3. Waves Doubler 4-voice
Not sure what you're looking for there, just used the default setting for DuoX and loaded general doubling (and quadrupling) settings for Doubler.

Sounds good bduffy...and imho it's much better in a mix when you lower the wet voices just until you can't hear them (can't hear the chorusy effect).

    Sweet.

    Yep, definitely.

The chorusey stuff can sometimes be useful on guitars or synths, but in the main, my uses for Doubler are to thicken, *not* to obviously chorus or double track. I hate double tracked vocals anyway, in the main...

there are some parameters in duox that arent visible on the main gui (you have to go to the parameter dialog in certain hosts) One of them is the pitch modulation -- you can turn that off. ITs quite flexible actually.

Thanks for the demonstration files, but what I have just heard,
could be achieved by simply delaying a copy of the track.

DuosX doesn't really have a default setting,
every voice, every song and singer is different.
One-time a song can be slow the other time fast,
if you want to achieve a good result you cannot use default settings.
You have to tune the settings for each and every performance,
until the result is working perfectly within the song.

Here is an MP3 file to demonstrate the way the double voice could sound using DuosX :
(depending on the groove, the settings could be very different.)

By the way, somebody has ask me, what kind of copy protection I am using,
I am not using any copy protection at all !

Actually, I did tune the settings a bit becuase, of course, you're right: one setting can't work for all singers. I didn't meant to imply that it could. I think it sounds great, so, whatever.
