I want to know if Fl can make sounds like

more to the point, the samples (not the synths) that come with fl studio (excluding the samplefusion ones) are of poor quality in order to minimize installation size, thus the audio quality (it may sound fantastic though, just the audio quality) will be low. however, if you take external sound sources (or fl studio's native synths) such as other samples into consideration, the quality will be practically if not entirely the same. keep in mind that what is visible to you (skins) while listening, may significantly change the way sounds are perceived.

if you buy fl studio you got 2 gb of HQ samples that would fit any needs ( from extra FPC banks to orchestral strings )
iy you are talking about just the the 3xosc or the ts404 if know them properly you would be stunned by all the things you can actualy do with these little engines.
the integrated built in effects are good enough , and you can find lot of really good one on the internet for free
like the gvst suite

According to a recent study, FL studio cannot make sounds like Tiesto. It's been acknowledged that for all attempts made to reproduce that sort of music on FL studio only 12% were successful. Someone close to the FL studio developement team has confided me that it's due to its alleged 32 bits audio engine. In fact, FL studio is most likely running at 4 bits which tends to ruin the supersaw leads that have been so dear to Euro Trance producers since the mid 90's.

Fl studio is also pretty cheap compared to the competition because some parts of its code are written by young children from developing countries who aren't allowed to go to school until they are finished implementing the freeze function properly.

You should stay away from it at all costs. DJ Tiesto would _never_ use FL studio. He wouldn't even bother to download the demo or look at a screenshot.

Well Tuareg looks interesting (my first post on KVR was a request for some software that claims to do all that) so if it all works out then I might end up sacrificing my integrity and youthful idealism by conceding what JB Merrill has proven to be risibly and demonstrably false: that FLStudio without "stuff" does not sound like a fish.
