Waves C1 Ducking Question

I'm mixing my album myself and I've been trying to learn more about gating/ducking. If I want, say, for the kick to cut at a certain frequency when the bass is present, how do I do that with Waves C1? I've looked at the manual, but it's really difficult for me to understand. Can any offer or know of a tutorial with example settings?
