I have been waiting since June 12 for a license transfer for something I bought in the Marketplace.....
I have pretty much given up.... Except - I own the plugs that I bought, but yet somehow do not?
At the time that I bought what I did I was looking into buying other things from them, but for now I will not....

I was having problems using their Poco Roomverb in ACID 6. It took a few weeks but eventually I received an updated version from SpinAudio. This was about a month ago so they are there but not the quickest at replying to emails.

I got my SpinEQ from them in a couple of days from a person named Karen. I suggest you write to support or pose a question at their website. They got in touch with me pretty quickly. In fact I was very impressed with how personable the experience was with them. That was my experience

I'll try again from their website form. I paid for 3D Panner Studio 3 days ago and have not heard anything from them. The only emails I got were from the company handling the billing letting me know that my payment went through.
