actually i meant playing a chord with the left (hand)
and w the right only keep riffing a fixed 3 or for

You can do fairly convincing guitar- it just takes planning.
The problems with emulating guitar on keyboard are mainly 1) the chord voicings that span multiple octaves; 2) the duplicated notes (with different timbres due to the difference in string gauge; and 3) the articulation. Try this to get you on the right track;
Split your keyboard and have each side of the split control a source (sampled guitar/what have you) covering the same two octave range. Use a LP filter on the left side and a HP filter on the right side of the split- tweak your cutoffs carefully. Play the bottom three strings with your left hand and the top three with your right.
