Hi Dave.

A question about midi CC control in Tau Pro.

I have a miditech controller keyboard and use MS2003dl. When I try to map the VCF cutoff as 84 and Q as 85 the keyboard and host accept it and recognise the values (shows up on the transport) but not Tau Pro.
Some controls on Tau do respond but not to the correct cc.
Is this a Logic specific problem as MS2003 uses the logic core?
Anyway round it if it is? I desperatley need to automate cutoff, Q and mod.
If not how about an easylearn function for the future!

Unfortunately, Logic Audio (and products based on it) intercepts MIDI controller messages and does not pass them onto the plugin. Instead, IIRC, it maps the controls (when viewed in the Control View rather than the plugins editor) to CCs beginning with 64.

Sussed it!

78=vcf cutoff
79=vcf Q
80=EQ mod

I managed to remap the lot except vco1 mode!
