Have any of you experience the same problem?
When I press the sutain pedal, I get this really strange sound, which sounds like the strings are plucked and you hear some sort of very weird metallic sounding reverb.

This shouldn't be normal!

But is there any way to fix this?

Does it happen with all patches? I don't notice anything unusual with the ones I've tried.

It might be the natural sound of pushing the pedal on the real piano. Is it fairly quiet?

That'd be my guess. I imagine it can be turned off? But maybe not.

Well I said it wrong.
It happens after I let go of the sustain pedal.
I kind of understand this is normal, but it is just way way way tooooo exaggerated!

Strange effect occurs in PMI Bosendorfer 290.
