Ampeg SVX Nowhere Man

I just got my Total Effects bundle today. Everything works nicely except Ampeg is not initialized by Cubase SX 3.1 nor is it available as an effect. The .DLL sits right beside that for CSR and Amplitube 2 in the VST Plug-ins folder. Can anybody help? IK tech support couldn't help me. I was all ready to play Teen Town and Joe Frazier on my '62 Jazz Bass. Talk about blue-balls....

i found that the Ampeg name on the dongle came up as "unrecognised object" when I first put the key in, but it still went in fine and is now recognised as Ampeg - might want to check you syncrosoft settings just in case - or maybe replug your dongle in?!

The big guy (Jason) got back to me. You have to go to devices/VST pug-ins and check the box on the far left side if the plug-in is there. It was. It's working and in a few minutes I'll be sounding like Jacojeff. Stay tuned.
