Realtime pitch in VST

I need a VST effect that I can use to tune things. The one in Waves has a crazy lag. Any reccomendations?

Not so much correction...I need something to say...tune a kick drum or something to where I want it.

You should better tune the sample itself (in all samplers, you'll find a tune function).
Realtime pitch shifters mostly have the problem to destroy more than they help, esp. on drums. But when it's the effect you're after, try Discord2 from Audiodamage, not the best I have heard, but definitely not a bad one...
The difference to the Waves Ultrapitch is, that it has no pitch detection, formant shift etc. It just stupidly raises or lowers the pitch, no matter what input it gets.
