I have take some clips out of speeches etc.
My question is this. How do I get rid of the static tick at the end of the clip when the sound turns off?
Question about mastering clips...

Fade out ? Even just a couple of msec.
A free solution. Download audacity, it's free
Now load the wav, zoom a max, select the last couple of msec and choose fade out on closure

I think there is a static glitch in the byte.
I have audacity, and have tried that. Also tried de-clicker in audacity.
The wave is at http://foxjazz.fileburst.com/Nu3.wav
