list of royalty-free and non-royalty-free sample libraries

I had a promo sample on a mag cd that I wanted to use in a track (sliced and pieced together in a new way again). to have more options i searched for the library and stumbled over their licence-agreement: it seems like i'm only allowed to use their samples for private use. i'm only allowed to use their samples in my own tracks, if their samples are significantly changed by me. though this was what i intended to do, i'd rather stay away from their samples completely. i mean, who decides if i'd change their samples enough, them or me?!?
i think it's better to avoid such complications. so i propose a sticky list of sample libraries and their license agreements in this forum:

royalty-free

• - all betamonkey releases (according to their faq)
  - all drumsondemand releases
  - ...

non-royalty-free

• - m-audio pro sessions series (according to their german website)
  - ...

Alot of times, magazine samples are just "demos" of larger libraries, and therefore carry a similar license to many demos. That's why you can't use them.

Ones that you buy will always be allowed in commercial releases, except for maybe some rare and wierd agreements. But I've never seen a paid library with that restriction.

On that magazine-cd there wasn't even any license agreement mentioned. The agreement i wrote about was a library's license (m-audio pro session).
