IS it worth getting Uad's Roland bundle, if you have logic 7? I think space echo looks cool and also the chorus, but I dont know if the are different enough from logics tape delay and chorus and chorus ensemble. Has anybody used both so they could compare them?

i haven't used logic in a long time but i'd say that the space echo is pretty unique, not really like the tape delay in logic at all. The dimension is good as a subtle chorus almost a stereo widening effect as well, i like it. the ce-1 is a full on in your face chorus not heard anything like it in logic or elsewhere, very strong. hope that's some help i love the roland bundle.

I agree with the other posts. All three of these plug-ins are very unique. Especially the Space Echo. It sounds unlike any of the other tape simulator plug-ins I've heard. The Roland chorus is also excellent.

Why don't you demo them - I think you'll find that they'll definitely add something to your sound that you don't get so easily with native plugs.

i've got the chorus bundle, and they're excellent choruses. Dimension D and Boss chorus really cover all my chorusing needs far better than any native options.

I have not listened to the space echo, I am allergic to it after working
with the real thing in a commercial studio back in the 80:s.

But I do got the Dimension D, that I find useful on instruments (guitar/synth/e-piano etc). I dont especially like it on a whole mix, with vox, though.

And I got the Boss chorus, it is nice and it sounds a lot like my old Roland Jazz Chorus amp, that I sold many years ago. *nostalgy*

Nice on e-piano & clean guitars.

ive been running a group with DD and 2 groups with space echos so i can pan em for stereo and plate 140 in an fx channel. I use the boss chorus on rhodes of course.

IS it worth getting Uad's Roland bundle ?
