Seriously.
No Core Audio overloads, either - using a MOTU 2408 MkIII with PCIe card
reason for the synchronised take off: I was resizing a windowhow stupid I was, I should have known that 'resizing a window' is just too much to ask from a computer. Although in all fairness, sometimes I was also checking email

it seems nothing has changed to the midi and automation side of things. I think you still can't remove unwanted channels in multi-out instruments
I think they've missed the point completely again with this update

"Designed with meticulous attention to detail, Cubase 4 features an extensively redesigned and anhanced user interface"
Yep, so meticulous, you can't even spell "enhanced" correctly! The irony of it.

Also suprising to see that they stuck with 32-bit mixing engine, considering that Sonar 5 onwards and Tracktion 2 both have the 64-bit mix engine.
Plus, I wonder if this is "Vista ready"...?

but confusingly as example they mention stereo/surround channels, not multi-out vststtoz wrote:it does say dynamic output config for vsti's which I assume will allow you to choose like Logic, the amount of mixer outputs for multi channel vsti's..
it has to be the latter as well I'm sure, I hope, for the cubase users
